I-64 crash in Augusta under investigation
January 23, 2012 | No Comments ยปCarnella Castillo-Alvarado’s SUV crossed over the median of 1-64 near Augusta, Virginia striking two other vehicles putting five in the hospital.
The circumstances of the crash are still under investigation. Castillo-Alvarado has so far been charged with reckless driving and driving without a license.
