Annapolis police arrest hit-and-run driver from Aug. accident involving bicyclist
January 23, 2012 | No Comments ยปPolice used witnesses’ descriptions of a vehicle that fled the scene along with physical evidence that included: a passenger mirror and blue painter’s tape to I.D. the driver of the vehicle that struck Manuel Minche back in August.
The driver, Jason Bowen will now face a litany of charges, including reckless driving.
